If at any time within 90 days of receiving your KOTAI knife you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us and we will process a full refund with the return of your KOTAI knife. Please email help@kotaikitchen.com to arrange a return or exchange your product.

Your KOTAI knife has been engineered for exceptional durability, from the sourcing of the finest materials to the proprietary manufacturing techniques used.

That is why we are proud to back all KOTAI knives with a lifetime warranty in the case of manufacturing defects. 

Knives with personalised blade engraving cannot be returned in case you change your mind, but they still benefit from the lifetime warranty in case of manufacturing defects.
